It is a show that explores recipe sharing, memory, and where people come from - told through food, storytelling, and songs.

Each episode, I interview a guest with a food story to tell, their favourite recipes, something they have seen recently, and what's gone wrong in the kitchen. I intersperse this with song choices that remind the guest of what they listen to while they cook or the memory of their home kitchen growing up.
